Filter Subscription Terms & Conditions
Filter Subscriptions are the cheapest way to buy ZeroWater Filters and are available to suit your usage, ranging from an 8-pack of filters delivered every month to a 4-pack every four months. Due to the significant savings available, all subscriptions must run for a minimum period of 12 months but within this time you are free to change your plan or skip an instalment if you have more filters than you expect to use before your next delivery.
Managing your Subscription
You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account and clicking the 'Manage Subscriptions' button under your address. Here you will find options to change your plan, amend your address and payment details or skip your next instalment.
Skipping Instalments
If you find you have more filters than you expect to use before your next delivery is due, you can easily skip the next instalment from within your account online.
Cancellation
Due to the significant savings available, all subscriptions must run for a minimum period of 12 months. After 12 months, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@zerowater.co.uk.
Change of address
If you change address please make sure to update your address within your account so we know where to send your filters. It may not be possible to retrieve your order if it is delivered to a previous address and ZeroWater will not be liable for any undelivered orders or additional shipping costs.

Free Delivery is offered to all UK Mainland destinations by our chosen delivery partner.
